Exchanges & Returns Exchanges & Returns are only valid up to 14 days after delivery. Returned items must be unopened, unworn and in the original plastic packaging. Customer must print and complete the exchange/return-form. This form should be enclosed with item(s) to be returned along with a copy of the original sales receipt. All exchanges/returns should be sent to the address below. Allow 3 weeks for exchanges and Note: refunds will not include tax and shipping (shipping cost and taxes are not refundable). IMPORTANT 1. Exchanges must include $5 for re-shipping cost. 2. We highly recommend that returns be sent with Delivery Confirmation and Insured. NOTE - Should our Returns Dept not receive your return, we will not be able to issue a credit.
